3 units of flat-top tower crane(AS7521), 2 units of hammerhead tower crane(TC7015, TCT7530), 6 units of SC200/200BD construction hoists (rated lifting capacity: 2×2000kg, rated speed: 0-40m/min)
Environment & Operational ChallengesThis school complex construction project requires multiple tower cranes to handle high-rise buildings with varying heights. The site layout is highly congested, requiring appropriate cooperation between tower cranes, construction hoists, and other equipment while avoiding accidental interference.
Solution ProvidedA combination of 2 hammerhead tower cranes and 3 flat-top tower cranes was deployed. By utilizing the structural characteristics of each model, a staggered height layout was implemented to achieve safe collaborative operations in a high-density area. In addition, construction hoists are used in each building for high-volume transport of materials, particularly for efficient concrete delivery, meeting the demands of synchronized concrete pouring across multiple floors.
Client & General Contractor FeedbackThe combination of different tower cranes was arranged very logically. Even with several cranes on one site, operations remained smooth and highly efficient.
