3 units of AS7521 flat-top tower cranes were provided to ensure smooth operations in the demanding area. The absence of a tower head structure results in lower wind resistance and superior wind load performance. The modular design allows for faster assembly and construction, effectively addressing the challenges of strong winds and tight construction schedules.
A combination of 2 hammerhead tower cranes and 3 flat-top tower cranes was deployed. By utilizing the structural characteristics of each model, a staggered height layout was implemented to achieve safe collaborative operations in a high-density area. In addition, construction hoists are used in each building for high-volume transport of materials, particularly for efficient concrete delivery, meeting the demands of synchronized concrete pouring across multiple floors.
2 flat-top tower cranes were deployed to ensure the stable lifting and precise positioning of large components, playing a key role in heavy loads lifting and covering specific areas. Multiple heavy-duty construction hoists were used to work with the tower cranes, forming a comprehensive transport network covering the entire contruction site.

These hoists feature dual cages with independent operation, enabling efficient separation of personnel and material flow for simultaneous tasks. The stepless speed control (0–40 m/min) ensures smooth operation and reduces start-stop impact, meeting the tight noise regulations without compromising on operational efficiency and safety.
On the building of the Shenzhen Guangming High School campus in Guangdong, China, in 2023 we worked with the eminent constructor "China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd.," Four of our flat-top tower cranes—more especially, the AS6515 and AS6015 models—were used on this 12-story school construction project. Employed at a working height of 70 meters for this project, the AS6515 crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 10 tons and a jib length of 65 meters alongside the AS6015 crane, with an 8-ton lifting capacity and a 60-meter jib length.
We collaborated with the contractor, CHINA CONSTRUCTION SEVENTH ENGINEERING DIVISION CORP. LTD., on the "Xiancun Renovation Project, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City" construction project. This project is situated in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, and involves the construction of a 55-storey residential building. The contractor utilized two sets of our AS7521 and L6025 jib tower cranes. The AS7521 crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 12 tons, a jib length of 75m, and a height of use of 12 tons. The AS7521 Flat-Top Tower has a maximum lifting capacity of 12 tons, a jib length of 75m, and a working height of 200m.
Choosing our equipment for the renowned 50-storey high-rise building Shenzhen Longyu Garden project, China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd. maintained their long-standing cooperation with us in 2022. Four of our AS7521 tower cranes and six SC200/200Z and SC200/200D type hoists were chosen for this ambitious building. Used at a working height of 160 meters, the AS7521 tower cranes had a maximum lifting capability of 12 tons and a boom length of 75 meters.
In 2021, we formed a partnership with The First Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction First Group to construct the Foshan Guotong Plaza, a 35-story commercial center. The project employed our AS8027 flat-top tower cranes, which are renowned for their remarkable maximum lifting capacity of 20 tons and a jib length of 75 meters, together with a working height of 160 meters.
CR Construction entered into a deal with AISUN in 2020 to develop a 62-story building in Guangdong, China. The construction involved the use of seven SC200/200Z construction hoists provided by our company. The hoists possess a maximum lifting capability of 2 tons and are capable of reaching a height of 200 meters.
